O Conselho Diretivo da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Munic\u00edpios Portugueses (ANMP) aprovou hoje (23 de janeiro), por unanimidade, uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o relativa ao Projeto de diploma que define os crit\u00e9rios aplic\u00e1veis \u00e0 gest\u00e3o de combust\u00edvel nas faixas secund\u00e1rias (de gest\u00e3o de combust\u00edvel) no \u00e2mbito do Sistema Nacional de Defesa da Floresta contra Inc\u00eandios.<\/p>\n

Esta posi\u00e7\u00e3o, aprovada por todos os membros do Conselho Diretivo, vai seguir para o Governo e para todos os Munic\u00edpios e, na sequ\u00eancia desta tomada de posi\u00e7\u00e3o, a ANMP vai ainda solicitar uma reuni\u00e3o ao Governo.
\nA ANMP entende que os tra\u0301gicos ince\u0302ndios florestais dos u\u0301ltimos meses exigem dos Munici\u0301pios, do Estado Central e das demais entidades, a capacidade de adotar, com celeridade, as alterac\u0327o\u0303es estruturais e as medidas necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 minimizac\u0327a\u0303o da possibilidade de ocorr\u00eancia destes flagelos, bem como a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um conjunto de reformas que permitam uma profunda alterac\u0327a\u0303o do sistema de protec\u0327a\u0303o civil e do ordenamento da floresta.<\/p>\n

Os Munici\u0301pios esta\u0303o conscientes \u2013 como sempre estiveram \u2013 das suas responsabilidades em mate\u0301ria de protec\u0327a\u0303o civil. Alia\u0301s, dados recentes demonstram que os Munici\u0301pios investem anualmente na protec\u0327a\u0303o civil \u2013 com especial incide\u0302ncia na a\u0301rea da prevenc\u0327a\u0303o \u2013 um montante pro\u0301ximo dos 200 milho\u0303es de euros, um valor dividido pelos corpos de bombeiros dos Munici\u0301pios (26 estruturas), apoio aos corpos de bombeiros volunta\u0301rios, servic\u0327os municipais de protec\u0327a\u0303o civil, gabinetes te\u0301cnicos florestais, equipas de intervenc\u0327a\u0303o permanente e sapadores florestais e planeamento de protec\u0327a\u0303o civil).<\/p>\n

Portanto, conforme referiu o Presidente da ANMP, Manuel Machado, aos jornalistas, no final da reuni\u00e3o do Conselho Diretivo, os Munic\u00edpios assumem as suas responsabilidades, reafirmam a sua disponibilidade e empenho em cooperarem na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos problemas da floresta, mas consideram que o Estado Central tamb\u00e9m tem de assumir as suas responsabilidades.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
