It is possible, through the “ANMP – Municípios + Inteligentes” application, to remove the account and associated data.

To do this, after logging in, in the Profile menu there is an action “Delete account” at the bottom of the page.

After giving this indication, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to confirm this action. From there, our systems are notified and we proceed with the removal of your account and associated data. At the conclusion of the process, you receive an email with this information.
